The CAA simplifies the application process by reviewing necessary documents, verifying identities, and submitting completed forms to the IRS.

For each Form W-7 application submitted, we attach Form W-7 (COA), Certificate of Accuracy for IRS Individual Identification Taxpayer Number. This serves as verification that we have reviewed the original documents or certified copies. Copies of all reviewed documentation are attached with Form W-7 COA and sent to the IRS.
Please remember that we are required to conduct in-person interviews with every applicant—primary, secondary, and dependents—to complete the application process. In cases where we have the original identification documents or certified copies available, video conferencing (e.g., Zoom) can be used during the interview.
